211 will begin construction in the 2nd Qtr of 2018, this will be UDI’s largest project with 69 units in a 7 story tower. The building will include two levels of parking space, a panoramic roof top, a pool deck, gym and a master lobby. Studies are being conducted to find the right mix between one, two and three bedrooms as well as the product demographics. The company plans to sell the building once its stabilized during 2020 earning double-digit benefits to its investors.
